To do this, we recommend :

• Stay informed : especially from reliable sources like local/national authorities, to keep up with the latest information.
• Don't share your personal items: especially items such as clothing, that might have touched someone with a mpox lesion.
• Cover your coughs and sneezes: use your elbow or a tissue when coughing or sneezing and dispose of the tissue in a closed bin immediately after use.
